What's your order number and tracking number for returning package? I would like to help you resolve this problem.

As you know, we had some problems with some of russia clients who couldnt explain the problem well in english, sometimes some details might be fuzzy although normally we would aim to resolve it, if you sure the problem havnt resolve in the first time for same phone, you can return back for your manager and our company will request her to resolve this quickly with our maintenance worker.

We will show that your conclusion is wrongly because sunsky is not scammer and we are willing to resolve problem.
