Sorry after i'm typing the message and submit, it missing. weird. and i tried to find it again. nothing. i would like to say i should post a new article to answer your guys problem, question, request ect . Otherwise i totally don't know how to reply your question. We apologize for customers long time waiting. But now we had move all sold out items and emply more staff to process orders. So everything is normal now. hope you can give us one more chance.  Is it allow to me to post an new article at there? title is: tiffany from dp to answer your guys question.
