Due to more and more problems talked problems of our site here, I want to create this topic to help resolving them.

Split dispatching will be in two case:
1. If the items are not sufficient, the system will auto-choose split dispatching to avoid delay on other goods. In this case, you can only contact support in advance if you don't want split dispatching on this order.
2. If the order and amount are very large, to avoid customs problem, the split dispatching will appear.
We are planning to add the button to choose split or unsplit dispatching but it will not be very soon before testing well.
Please don't worry too much about the part without tracking, because most parcel in both case will arrive. The delivery proved safely in most time. If any parcel is lost, you can contact support for refund.

You can also check this information by click the query beside "unavailable coins". I think this is just to avoid disorder made by a few users. I believe you are very good buyers. :D

We confirmed that it can still work. The formatting won't affect the function of mp3 player. You can try to transfer music to mp3 player. It may support MP3, WMA, WAV audio formats.

The screen did not work. (screen goes off and is not included). In my attempt to open the removable disk - windows says that there is no disk access. Asks to format the drive. But when you try to format it again - comes up another window with the message that Windows can not format this removable drive....

We think there may be some compatible problems with the USB port. Have you tried on other computer? If the problem happens again, I think it may be a defective. You may contact support of site for replacement or refund then.
