I want to buy a Dell Inspiron 1545 CD DVD RW Drive but I need to pay through PayPal, and give the tracking number to them before they will ship the product. but how cam I be sure that they will deliver it after I pay for it? Anyone who tried purchasing at this website? Is this website a SCAM or not? I really need information before I transact to them thanks.
