August 8, 2010 I bought from you Dreambox 800 DM800 HD V76 PVR Satellite Receiver with SIM 2.01 (Order Number: 2010080805582915), a few days ago it stopped working, the screen shows dreambox multimedia error, what should I do?

If screen shows dreambox Multimedia error,
the simcard or tuner is loose,
you can open the box ,plug out the tuner ,and simcart .and replace it agian .
first ,put the sim card ,plug in the power .check the screen .then plug the tuner .check it again .
if problem also ,please sent back to us .we provide the new replacement to you .

as we talk it .check the tuner and sim card is loose .and try to reflash the image which download from mydalle.com
