Что за код тега он хочет и где его посмотреть?

Тег - это бирка, этикетка, наклейка. Что-то из этого должно быть прикреплено к товару, который Вы купили. На этом теге очевидно есть какой-то код или номер. Вот его-то и хочет знать продавец.
