The repaired phone S-MPH-0667, we get it on 27th, July. We repaired it & have already sent back to you on 3th, August by China post. The tracking no. is RR885700745CN. It will reach Russian soon.

Hello! I have an afterclap happened when I have got my last order (Item #: S-MPH-0596 - mobile phone MFU M98W). The phone have no scratches or damages, but I have found changed (not stanard) personal settings:
- some downloaded ringtones; - the alarm clock was installed on 06:00; - The time zone in clock settings was set on USA region. - bluetooth was named by the name of "Datin Cancer". Thereby I have revealled that phone is in used condition, however in description of the lot on http://www.sunsky-on...d=m98w&x=16&y=7 nothing said about this. This fact is unpleasant to me.

Все-же возможно отличить следы тестирования от полной настройки девайса "под себя". Плюс, на телефоне не было стандартной защитной пленки экрана, вместо нее - кусок упаковочной пленки "стретч" плюс иные признаки.
Как таковой проблемы нет, но платил я за новую вещь, а получил б/у. Легкий осадок остался. Трубу все же оставлю себе. Но хотелось бы, чтобы о таких вещах предупреждали в описании лота. Надеюсь, что подобного с санскаем более не повторится. Regretfully phone was used but not only tested. There is some traces, which confirm this. I paid for new item, but received used one. This fact is little unpleasant to me. I think that, in this case item condition must be shown on lot description. Its not a great problem, i think. I have bought some mp4 players from sunsky. But players what I received have no Russian language. My personal manager sad to me that we will update firmware on this players on my side. I received necessary software and firmware file. But some thing is wrong…. 20 days of skypechat with my personal manager and there is no any result My personal manager is good. but now I need someone from sunsky with more technical skills to resolve this question via skype or something like it. I hope we will close this issue soon.
