After that,their staff will send requisition for us to pick up the packages.

And at that moment possible we did no get this notice,pls recheck with

many troubles with sunsky

1) recive defected phone c5000. Sunsky recive item back 3 week ago. but not send me repaired or new item (Order 1004141230 Item no: S-MPH-0667)

2) item S-KP-0601. I ask "Item S-KP-0601 available in white color?". Answer: "Yes, S-KP-0601 , we have white color. If you make order, please inform us your color requirements in the remark." After payd manager write " White color S-KP-0601 is out of stock.". for a 1 week i don't recive refund. (Order 1008091254 )

3) Item S-WMC-0202.
I: can i ship over Hongkong post or china post this item?
manager: Hong Kong Post & China post only accept package lower than 2KG. But 1pcs S-WMC-0202, the weight is higher than 2KG. So we can't ship by Hong Kong Post or China post.
I: Russian user bought the same item in other shop. He write realy weight 1,45KG (or 1.95KG with large package box). Please check realy weight.
I make order and do comment "if realy weight less then 2KG use Hong Kong Post and make discount to shiping please. ". You correct item description, but send over EMS. (order 1008121235)
