Hello. Would you ever answer me?
I've wrote an email to sunsky support and my manager(Dana), but recieved no answer - so asking here SECOND TIME.

I've ordered flexible USB lamp:
USB Flexible light with mouse-shaped (SKU S-UL-3200)
Order# 1008288060

Order was recieved 20 sep 2010 and everything was fine. However, in a few days the item mentioned above failed to turn on. It seems to me that something must burned out in it.

Sending it back (postal charges and fees) would cost me more then the price of a new one.

Can we sort it out somehow? What RMA policy is in your company for such cases?

1.Newest website only has 1 difference from old website:

Old website deleted all brand logo products and still accept paypal payment.

New website added all brand logo products and dont accept paypal payment,we will think to add "Webmoney" for payment methods as well.

Because currently paypal control very strictly.

2.All clients' account which registerted before in old website,can directly use it for new website,dont need to register once again.

Вопрос по доставке.
Кто-то пробовал самовывозом, то есть не той предложенной почтой а другой в Украину. Если да ПОСОВЕТУЙТЕ какой дешевле и быстрее.
Дело в том что я заказываю много разного не дорогого товара и стоимость товара 250$ а стоимость доставки (China Post) в среднем 120$ за коробку 9кг, если EMS то 190$.

Paypal doesn't allow us to sell items with logo, apple logo, nokia logo, etc.

Well, we have a new website: www.sunsky-shop.com. If you want to buy phones with logo, pls buy from there, but the new website doesn't accept paypal payment.

I quite agree with Maggie. If the email has no conversation history, no order number, it's very hard to understand the client's totally meaning. As each member in SUNSKY team, need to talk with many customers every day, every week, every month.... :o

I strongly hope each client retains the the conversation history in emails. :D

At me a problem with two orders.

1. Order N 1008230953. The first time has written about a problem to your employee on September, 20th (!!!). Has passed more than 1 month. The problem isn't solved. Here the letter text:
"My client couple of days ago has received the order. There were problems. The touch screen was will burst in the right top corner. Batteries after gymnastics work only 1-2 hours. Phone works incorrectly, is periodically disconnected. My client is very dissatisfied. I put in a body of the letter of the image of defect... "

2. Order N 1009030935. Has written about a problem on October, 13th. The letter text:
"My client has received this order. It had problems with the touch screen. I took from it phone to check up personally a problem. The touch screen of phone doesn't work normally. When you press an icon instead of menu opening there is a transition to other screen. Pressing are processed not from the first. I think, it is a hardware problem with the touch screen. I have removed a problem on video. A videoclip in the enclosed file. To look at it it is possible by means of this program: http://portableapps....eo/vlc_portable
To dump on factory options or calibrate the screen I can't, as I can't come into the menu. To make it. I tried many times, but, unfortunately, it turns out nothing. "

Can somebody explain me, what can I do?
When I first ordered a goods from sunsky shop, it was USB flash memory. But this flash memory is not working. Computers cannot read the type of flash memory files.
How can I return this good, or what can I do with it?

And now, I want to buy some goods over than 500 $ . How can I send it in my country? How can I get this, if the goods, with total price over than 200 $, EMS take 44% for all price?
I’m looking forward to your answer.

I have bought some items in your online shop. Here are some details on the order:
No: 1010138039 Date: 10/13/2010 Contact: jojo (jojo@sun-usb.com)
I have received everything I had ordered, thanks.
The problem is the card reader which is advertised as usb 2.0 doesn't support this high speed technology and therefore very slow. This is actually not what I had expected when ordered the item which description in your shop leaves totally deceptive impression on customer expectations.
