When I did order, I pointed postal code 09100. See screenshot № 2:

Parcel with the order was in Odesa for about two month. Today I have called in the central office of mail of Ukraine. To me have answered that a parcel have returned to the sender, because you have specified the wrong address on a parcel.

My client is very angry at me. He named me the swindler. He said he would contact the police. I persuaded him not to do this.

I have already made a refund to my client.
